Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill. The deposit can be paid with e-transfer.

Final Payment: Full payment is due on or before the day of the event, preferably before the services begin. The payment can be done in cash or e-transfer.

Refunds: No refunds will be given for services rendered. However, we are committed to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and will make reasonable adjustments if required before the artist leaves the premises.

Change of Mind on Event Day: If a guest or client decides to forgo a pre-agreed upon service on the day of the event, the full cost of the service will still be charged. This is due to the time, preparation, and potential scheduling conflicts that have been allocated for that specific service. We advise all clients to be certain of their service choices and communicate any changes or cancellations well in advance of the event date to avoid unnecessary charges.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not permitted; any cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit

Acts of God/Natural Disasters: In the event of an act of God or natural disaster (e.g., hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.), which is beyond our control, no refunds will be provided.

Emergencies: Should an unforeseen emergency prevent us from providing services on your scheduled date, our first course of action will be to attempt to send another artist of equal skill and expertise. If this alternative isn’t viable or rescheduling is not an option, a refund will be issued, minus any expenses or services already rendered.

No Shows: If a client doesn’t show up for their scheduled service without prior communication, the reservation deposit will be forfeited, and the client may be billed for the full amount of the service.

Client Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances: If the client faces an emergency and cannot proceed with the scheduled service, we request immediate notification. Depending on the nature and timing of the emergency, we will try our best to accommodate rescheduling.

Trial Sessions: Trial sessions for hair and makeup are recommended and should be scheduled at least 4-6 weeks before the wedding or event.

Travel Fees: For on-location services, travel fees apply as per the schedule above based on the distance from our studio.

Early Start: Early start fees will apply for any services rendered prior to 7AM. Please refer to the pricelist above for the fee schedule.

Additional Guests: Adding services for more individuals on the day of without prior notice might not be accommodated due to time constraints. Any additions must be communicated and agreed upon in advance. However, if time permits, we will gladly add additional services on the day of.

Service Duration: To ensure the best results, clients are requested to adhere to the scheduled time. Delays from the client’s side might result in reduced service time or additional fees.

Allergies or Sensitivities: Clients should inform the makeup artist and hairstylist of any skin or hair sensitivities or allergies prior to the service.

Preparation: Clients are asked to have clean, moisturized skin and clean dry hair upon the artist’s arrival unless otherwise instructed. No hair products should be applied.

Photo Release: We reserve the right to take photographic or film records of any of our makeovers, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes unless explicitly declined by the client.

Damaged Equipment: Any damages to our tools or products by the client or their guests will be billed to the client.

Tardiness: Clients are advised to be on time. If a client is late, it may reduce the time dedicated to their service or result in additional fees/reschedules.
